Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment. To ensure the best possible experience for all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment: No charge will be incurred. We appreciate your consideration in providing us with sufficient notice. 2. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment: A 100% charge of the total treatment cost will be applied. This policy is in place to compensate our therapists for their time and to accommodate other clients who may have been interested in the time slot. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible through our provided contact methods.
