Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment: No charge will be incurred. We appreciate your consideration in providing us with sufficient notice. 2. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment: A 100% charge of the total treatment cost will be applied. This policy is in place to compensate our therapists for their time and to accommodate other clients who may have been interested in the time slot. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible through our provided contact methods.
