Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the time of our therapists, we kindly ask you to observe the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

  1. More Than 48 Hours’ Notice:

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any charge. We appreciate your timely notice.
     

  2. Within 48 Hours:

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the total treatment cost. This fee will be applied to the credit or debit card used to secure the booking.
     

  3. No-Shows or Missed Appointments:

    Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice will also result in a 100% charge of the total treatment cost. This fee will be applied to the credit or debit card used to secure the booking. This allows us to compensate our therapists for their reserved time.
     

  4. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

    Please contact us as soon as possible by phone, text/WhatsApp or email. For treatments booked online, these can be amended directly on my website more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment
     

  5. Medical Emergencies or Unforeseen Circumstances:

    We understand that emergencies can happen. In such cases, please reach out to us directly, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
     

  6. Agreement to Policy:

    By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
